- Protect the future of the Labradoodle and Australian Labradoodle
- Provide an International Registration Database
- Provide a forum where breeders and owners can collaborate to promote and protect the future of the Labradoodle and Australian Labradoodle
- Sustain and improve the health of the Labradoodle and Australian Labradoodle
- Provide public information for health status of breeding stock
- Support and promote breeder integrity; via DNA identification of parent stock of puppies bred and sold
- Educate and inform breeders and owners on best practices regarding identification, breeding and care of the Labradoodle and Australian Labradoodle
- Provide a source of information to support prospective owners in making sound purchase decisions
- Develop and thereafter monitor and revise the Labradoodle Standard and Australian Labradoodle Standard as considered necessary during the developmental phases of Labradoodle and Australian Labradoodle
- Promote international acceptance of the Labradoodle and Australian Labradoodle
- Uphold a Standard and common terminology for conformation, temperament, colors and coat types of the Labradoodle and Australian Labradoodle
