Breeders, o Register your Breeding Dogs...
Register non-ALAA (ILA) Dogs
- Go online to the registry and login to us online registration
- Mail or Fax 309-418-9916 the registration, the pedigree and test results (if over 12 months hip testing is required, other testing is optional) to the address below
- E-mailed photo of each dog to the dog registrar, email to dogs@ilainc.com.
- There are two options for payment:
- Pay via PayPal by clicking the appropriate PayPal button at the bottom of this page or
- Include a check with your mailed registration application, mail to registrar
- When registering multiple dogs simultaneously, use the PayPal button in order to receive a discount.
- I will e-mail you to let you know your application has been received, to request additional items of
information if necessary, and to let you know when I have mailed your registration.
You will receive two items:
- A Certificate of Registration indicating owner with pedigree and photo
- A Transfer of Ownership form
If you ever sell your dog, give both of these items to the new owner.
Transfer of Ownership
The Transfer of Ownership form provides a history of breeder and ownership. Refer to the
following instructions to transfer ownership of your dog.
- Complete the first section of the Transfer of Ownership form indicating the new owner's
name and address.
- The new owner should mail to the registrar both the Transfer of Ownership form and the Certificate of
Registration to the ALAA (ILA) registrar.
- The ALAA (ILA) will retain the original Certificate of Registration, and a new one indicating the
new owner will be sent.
- The ALAA (ILA) Registrar will record the transfer of ownership, stamp the form, and return it to
the new owner with their new Certificate of Registration.
- There are two options for payment:
- Pay via PayPal by clicking the appropriate PayPal button at the bottom of this page or
- Include a check with your mailed registration application, mail to registrar. NOTE: we do not accept personal checks on foreign banks and only will accept certified bank checks in US funds, or credit card payments from foreign banking members.
Payment:
- Dog Registration/transfer $15.00 U.S. (each dog), when sent to paypal just increase the number by the number of dogs to register. This is for dogs not already registered with the ALAA (ILA).

- Dog Transfer Only$10.00 U.S. (each dog), when sent to paypal just increase the number by the number of dogs to register. This is for dogs already registered with the ALAA (ILA) but needing to be transfered to your name.

- Dog Registration (4-9 dog discount - must be registered at the same time) $12.00 U.S. (each dog), when sent to paypal just increse the number by the number of dogs to register.

- Dog Registration (10+ dog discount - must be registered at the same time) $10.00 U.S. (each dog) when sent to paypal just increse the number by the number of dogs to register.

The ALAA (ILA) reserves the right to refuse membership.
NO REFUND POLICY - Please be aware that the ALAA (ILA) has a no refund policy on all monies paid to the association including; membership, kennel fees,
registration, or other fees.
ALAA (ILA) BREEDERS APPLICATIONS - The ALAA (ILA) has a written policy and procedure that needs to be followed to become an ALAA (ILA) Registered Breeder or a
Golden Paw Accredited Breeder. Once you submit an application for either credential you will receive an email from the ALAA (ILA) Quality Manager detailing the
requirements needed to comply. Until such time that you receive notification from the ALAA (ILA) Registrar that your application has been approved, you are not
permitted to use the ALAA (ILA) nor Golden Paw logo's on your website nor other collateral materials.
